Situation – In 2004, I was mainly engaged in example Ltd. Since this appointment directly affected all the departments in the company, their successful completion could greatly enhance the organizational and managerial abilities of each department.

Task – My role during this appointment also includes dealing with the new knowledge required by this job, secondly find a way to promote communication and exchange of views between them and implant the concept of marketing in them.

Answer: I am very ambitious. The most important reason that I am ambitious is that I would like to contribute significantly to helping the company succeed. A few of my ambition include leading a finance team in some capacity. I’ve had inspiration in managing a team and would love to continue improving my skills.

Answer: I went back to school to pursue a master’s degree program. The desire to learn and gain a new skill as well as growing my current skill.

Question: What are your goals for the future? Where do you see yourself in five years?

Answer: Well, I’m really excited by this position at (name of the company you are applying for) because, in five years, I’d like to be seen as someone with deep expertise in the finance sector, and I know that’s something that I’ll have an opportunity to do here. I’m also really excited to take on more managerial responsibilities in the next few years and potentially even take the lead on some projects. I’ve been lucky enough to work as an account supervisor, and so developing into a great manager is something I’m really excited about.


Answer: In five years, I’d love to be a true financial industry expert with successful end-to-end management experience under my belt as I look to grow into an ideal brand of professional with interdisciplinary knowledge, with knowledge both in management and in a particular technical field of specialization. I like to see myself in a top leading financial management firm in the next five years and also, I want not only see myself striving to understand the firm, our customers, but to also align my goals perfectly to the organization’s needs and expectations. I want to make sure I improve my skills in the area of negotiating and resolving disputes effectively and timely It’s exciting that your company has a strong focus on hands-on experience and continued learning opportunities.

Question: What are your salary expectations?

Answer: I am open to discussing what you believe to be a fair salary for the position. However, based on my experience, skill, knowledge of the industry, and my understanding of this geographic area, I would expect a salary in the general range of $70,670.00 CAD to $89,670.00 CAD. Again, I am very open to discussing these numbers with you.


Answer: My salary requirements are flexible, but I do have significant experience in the field that I believe adds value to my candidacy. I look forward to discussing in more detail what my responsibilities at this company would be. From there, we can determine a fair salary for the position.

Question: Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of?

Answer: Before I join example company LTD, the company was experiencing a great loss in the receivable section, the shortage was so enormous that it becomes a big issue that made my supervisor’s to transfer me to that section to investigate and look into what the problem is so as to proofer solution. So I design a process using excel formula to input all data and in the end, the process I develop was able to solve the problem and they are still using it to date. I became increasingly conscious of the importance of management.

Answer: Full-time or Part-time depending on the job vacancy as it was advertised.
